Matthew Sobers is a senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in real estate, financial strategy, and business development. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Watts Family Trust, where he oversees financial planning, capital allocation, and operational strategy across a diversified real estate and operating portfolio based in Las Vegas.

Matthew has managed real estate assets for over two decades and currently oversees a portfolio with approximately $150 million in assets under management. His focus is on optimizing performance, structuring efficient financing strategies, and executing disciplined growth initiatives across residential, commercial, and service-oriented assets.

His professional background spans global consulting, property management, and technology integration. He previously led Icarus Global Solutions and DATS LLC, where he drove operational transformation, expanded market presence, and implemented scalable systems to support growth. His core competencies include financial analytics, capital structuring, project execution, vendor management, and organizational leadership.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Matthew serves on the boards of One Heart Foundation and Edworks Global, contributing strategic oversight, governance, and compliance expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Accounting from the University of the West Indies and is also a Certified Network Engineer.
